Some little bits....

I grew up on a little farm in Southwest Virginia, right on the border of Abingdon, which is near Bristol for you non-locals out there.

We kept busy, as you can guess. We still keep busy now, the whole lot of us like one big clan. I laugh when people say they have big crazy families. I get you. All the craziness, the loudness and mostly, all that fun!

There are 13 people in my immediate family, and we get on each others nerves sometimes, but we also get out there and know how to live it up together. They are my favorite people to spend time with, and to talk about all the parts of life with. We may be crazy all together, but I wouldn't trade any of them for the world.

I'm a book nerd, and love writing in my downtime (what downtime, you ask? I don't know.) And I love to travel, especially anywhere that involved mountains. The majesty that God put in mountains is just so awe inspiring, and I cannot get over it, though I've lived in the Blue Ridge my whole life. God is good, isn't He?

Family is my favorite. We are chaotic, but I would never trade a moment of this life we have.
